Our Story
At Gourmet Lotus, each chocolate represents a sweet chapter in my enduring love affair with exquisite food and meaningful moments. Growing up in a family of skilled chefs, I was by recipes that told stories, with the kitchen serving as the heart of our home. Some of my fondest memories are of helping my grandmother, learning to stir, taste, and create dishes brimming with warmth and tradition. Over the past 15 years, I’ve immersed myself in the food industry—working in cafés, training staff, opening new restaurants, and sharing my enthusiasm for quality coffee and freshly baked goods. I even operated my own café for three years, where I delighted customers with fresh donuts and expertly brewed coffee. My journey led me from lively cafés to pursuing my master’s degree, deepening my understanding of taste and hospitality. Since relocating to the UK in 2019, I’ve focused on crafting new experiences—infusing everything I’ve learned into chocolates that surprise and delight.
