At Gourmet Lotus, each chocolate represents a sweet chapter in my enduring love affair with exquisite food and meaningful moments. Growing up in a family of skilled chefs, I was surrounded by recipes that told, with the kitchen serving as the heart of our home. Some of my fondest memories are of helping my grandmother, learning stir, taste, and create dishes brimming with warmth and tradition. Over past 15 years, I’ve immersed myself in the food and industry—working in cafés, training staff, opening new restaurants, and sharing my enthusiasm for quality coffee and freshly baked goods. even operated my own café for three years, where I customers with fresh donuts and expertly brewed coffee. My journey led me from lively cafés to for my master’s degree, deepening my understanding of taste and hospitality. Since relocating to the UK in2019, I’ve focused on crafting new experiences—infusing everything I’ve learned into chocolates that surprise and delight, inspired by beloved family recipes and my passion for bringing people.
